Breakfast

Breakfast is a great well to fill your body with much-needed nutrients after a night’s fast.

I always have a green smoothie for breakfast, just changing the ingredients as I go – I find they help speed up my digestion and I quite enjoy them. It is also more likely the body will absorb the nutrients and a quick way to have a nutritious breakfast.
