Guacamole is a tasty Mexican avocado dip – so easy and so delicious!
It is true though that avocado has a high saturated fat content and so an 1/8th of an avocado is recommended as a limit (!) this makes guacamole good only as a side dip really – not your main course!
Ingredients: avocados, tomatoes, green chillies, lime, salt
Cut the avocados in half and use a fork to mash into a bowl, chop up the tomatoes and chillies, stir in and add salt.
