Muesli Mix

This is my adapted version of an MS specialist’s recommended breakfast

Ingredients: oats (gluten-free, organic) , linseed, sesame seeds, wheat germ, raisins, honey, pear, apple or banana

Peal the apple/pear and slice it into thin pieces, place in a pan with a bit of honey in water, boil for 5min Alternatively chop a banana and add to the bowl at the end

Add 6 tbls spoons of oats and cook for 4/5 minutes

turn off the gass and add 2 tbls spoons of wheat germ, 2 of linseed (ground), 2 of sesame seeds (ground), and raisins (we don’t want the oils from the seeds to be damaged, as they are easily affected by heat – for the same reason; grind them just before you eat – they go rancid very quickly otherwise- in 20mins!)
